Jacqueline's Newborn Sneak Peak
I got to see Jacqueline again last week, this time for her studio newborn photos. Her parents, brother, and grandparents all came, too, and we captured a great mix of family portraits and images of just her. We pulled out all the pink and girly things for her pictures, and mom even had some tiny crowns we added in.
Jacqueline was still just as sweet and content as when I met her in the hospital. She was nice and sleepy, loved the warm room, and basically was a dream for any and all our poses.
Her mom had opted for pinks and feminine things including the princess carriage and the pink hot air balloon props. Those are my two “hardest” props in terms of getting the baby in that forward position where they are comfortable, but Jacqueline rocked both! She seemed perfectly comfortable on her tummy and we even snagged a quick smile when she was in the balloon.
We added a few of the crowns to various images and they definitely went with the princess theme in the carriage. He big brother was also great for his sibling pictures and we were able to not only do a few of him sitting next to his baby sister, but also holding her while laying down on a blanket.
Jacqueline ended with two different colors and textured of pink fabric on the beanbag and enjoyed the warmth of the little zone. She again was quite content to let me change out headbands or adjust her to her side or back, and we breezed through her session with gorgeous photos.
It’s been such a joy to be part of this family’s changes over the years celebrating both of their children! Welcome to the world, sweet girl!
