Ari's Newborn Sneak Peek

It was so wonderful to see this family again as they welcome a new baby boy! Ari did a great job during his newborn photo session and was such a snuggler. Plus we captured many family photos and sibling pics as his big sister loved being included and especially loved the opportunity to hold her brother.

Ari was a perfect fit for all my newborn hats and little overall set. We did sibling pictures with him curled up on the moon prop in the overalls with blue accents as it’s such a great set up for young siblings to sit next to the baby.

His older sister was so helpful and wanted to be in more than just the one sibling/moon pic that I was able to have her stand and poke her head over her brother’s body in additional pictures before I resumed photos with just Ari both on the moon prop and in a moon shaped basket.

Ari was a great sleeper and didn’t mind being on his back, tummy, or swaddled. We were able to do several family photos with his parents and sister while he happily slept away. My favorite is the backlit image of everyone crowded around together over the new baby.

His mom had requested both blues and greens, so I incorporated both of those colors into the sets and hats for Ari to wear. And planned to use both a blue and dark green fabric for his special posed photos on the beanbag toward the end of our session.

Ari was a champ all the way to the very end, allowing me to take tushie up pics, some on his side, and even on his back with a few wraps. Overall it was a great way to spend a morning getting to snuggle with this little guy and get to play and style his session.
