Jacqueline's Fresh 48 Sneak Peek

Sweet Jacqueline is here! The family has eagerly been awaiting her arrival and to find out if they were adding another boy or girl to the mix, and everyone is thrilled to welcome her! Plus she arrived right before Mother’s Day to make it a very special day indeed.

Jacqueline was delivered at the Sky Ridge Medical campus in Lone Tree and both mom and baby were doing great when I arrived for their first family photos. Older brother was semi interested but there was also a lot of construction outside with perfect viewing from their room, and honestly who can compete with that?!

We captured several photos of the family of four and brother also was very sweet to give his sister kisses, hold her tiny hand, and peek into the basinet. So even with the competition of the very cool trucks out the window, he did a fabulous job engaging with his new baby sister.

I also utilized the window for some backlit images of her swaddled, and she slept the entire time. From first impressions she seems very easy going and hardly fussed, didn’t mind being shifted around, and overall was very calm.

Her parents had a special sign with her birth stats that we included in a few pictures. And a special crocheted octopus also made an appearance.

At the very end we unwrapped her a little to get pictures of her feet and even then Jacqueline slept away. What a great way to spend a morning snuggling a new baby and preserving such special memories for this family.
