Jakob's Senior Session Sneak Peek

Jakob had a gorgeous evening for his senior session earlier this week. I feel like as I look back, it was sandwiched between our rained out date and then the following evening when we had some cold wind pick up with intermittent rain. From the look of Jakob’s time outside, though, you’d never guess. I’m so glad we rescheduled and were able to fit it in between his busy schedule with marching band.

Speaking of marching band, I had the opportunity to relive some of my high school memories as Jakob shared his love and experiences of doing the same thing. I remember the summer band camps, after school practices, and Friday night football games. I so enjoyed taking photos with his trumpet and truly preserving that special memory for him and his family!

We also captured some great images with Jakob’s dog, Capone, which by the way, I adore that name! This dog was very well behaved for a puppy, and was so cooperative at both our water and mountain locations. Jakob also humored me with moving about the second spot with several backgrounds, sunset images, and then even a series of different faces and expressions. I can’t wait to share that Spotlight series with his parents as I think it truly captures this young man’s personality.

A huge thank you to this family for rescheduling and coming out for a double senior session location. I so enjoyed meeting you all and with Jakob the best of luck with this final year in high school and all his future dreams!
