Sage's 8 Month Sneak Peek

It was a joy to see this family again as they now celebrate their newest little one, baby Sage! After two beautiful girls, the family added a boy to the mix and are officially outnumbered. Sage was one happy little guy for his sitter session and we were able to capture many happy smiles, sibling pictures, and his sitter milestone.

Sage was close to 8 months old for this photo session and that meant he was great at sitting independently. He didn’t need any additional supports or pillows and was able to sit both on the floor by himself and in a basket.

His mom selected the bath and rubber duckies background for his first pictures and Sage loved getting to hold the little yellow ducks along with some stackable boats. He had an adorable little romper with 1/2 birthday hat, which he actually left on for the entire time we used it!

We also were able to then capture lots of images of his big blue eyes and the fabulous way he grabbed his toes while on his back. Many times I have to encourage babies to grab or hold their feet, but Sage seemed to prefer it every time we had him on a blanket on his back.

We then got the rest of the family involved and had his two sisters join for pictures plus some with mom and dad, then the entire group all together. The kids all did a wonderful job helping their brother and smiling, making my job look easy.

At the very end we captured a few adorable naked baby pictures before his final set in a custom outfit with his name on the front. Sage truly rocked the entire session with his smiles and happy attitude, and I can’t wait to see them all again for his first birthday session later this fall!
