It was such a treat to have Jaiden in the studio last week with his parents! He was a smaller baby and that meant I got to bring out some long anticipated new props for him to try! We did a blue and tan theme and added the moon prop and new moon basket, and Jaiden rocked his entire session whether he was wrapped or snuggled in a blanket.

They were both tiny at around 5 lbs each, with one brother being slightly bigger, but they both were perfect sleepy models the entire time and I had a blast posing and photographing them for these special newborn pictures.

We went with classic pinks and I added in a few touches of green and flowers to make it an elegant session for a little girl.
Read MoreMeet sweet little Natalia, who has a very special story. She is already a month old and is here in Denver awaiting heart surgery with her parents, who traveled from Albuquerque, New Mexico. They’ve been living at the Ronald McDonald house so they can attend all Natalia’s doctor appointments and such, and wanted to get some newborn photos of their beautiful little girl while she is still tiny.

She wanted lots of girly pinks and purples, and she sent me several photos of props she wanted to incorporate. I’m so glad we were able to work in all the props as I typically do a few less set ups, but Annika was a trooper and her gallery is just beautiful.
