Charlotte's Newborn Sneak Peek

Charlotte was such a welcome little baby on the schedule after I’ve photographed her two older brothers since their own newborn pictures. She is their last little one and everyone was so excited she was a girl! We pulled out lots of purples and girly things to make her session special and I enjoyed getting to meet her and share a few baby snuggles.

Her mom wasn’t a big fan of pinks which is perfectly fine as I have lots of purples and other girly, flowery things for newborn sessions. She was a big baby, just like her brothers, so I opted for the twig bed as that fits all babies.

We were able to do that big prop right when she arrived since she was nice and sleepy before she needed a quick feeding break. Then she channeled her inner older brother, who was wide awake during his session, and she stayed awake for a while until the wrap lulled her back to sleep.

She really enjoyed all the time on the beanbag where it was warm and had a soft vibration. We captured lots of curly sleepy poses on both a white and purple fabric, and she didn’t mind being on either her tummy or back. We even added a few special details like pearls or flower hats.

Overall she was such a joy and I so loved getting to meet her and see her family again. Welcome to the world, sweet Charlotte!
