Andrews Family Sneak Peek

I’ve known this family for almost 9 years now and many of these kids are the same ages as my own. I had a blast photographing this fall for updated family pictures and getting to capture all the kids’ personalities and flare. Plus we had gorgeous weather that evening with beautiful light, which always gets this photographer excited.

We went to one of my favorite parks this time of year as it has great yellow trees that turn around the first and second week of October. The kids did such a great job being patience as we swapped them in and out of pictures with mom or dad, and the older girls even helped with their littlest sister to make sure she was comfortable.

We captured lots of various groupings of kids, girls, boys, and each parent with the kids before moving over to a second area where you can look over a small hill at the changing trees. There I got individuals of each child and, let me tell you, I loved how they each brought their own unique personality to their special time in front of the camera.

At the end everyone entertained me with sitting on a big blanket, which was made challenging by how tall the grasses has grown this year. But they were troopers and we not only captured a few more full family pics but also some with just the siblings.

It was truly a great evening to be out with this gang and I loved the energy and laughter they brought! I can’t wait to share this little peek into their new family portraits.
