Isla's Simply Sweet One Year Session

I can’t believe it’s been a whole year since I last saw Miss Isla and her family. She is just as cute and full of spunk, plus some of the best sassy looks I’ve seen. Her mom wanted to keep it sweet and simple for Isla’s one year baby milestone session, and I loved the simple whites, flowers, and the gorgeous floral hoops she bought to incorporate into the session. This little guy just turned one, and his mom went all out with fun props for him to celebrate with a Wild One theme. I had been eyeing a gorgeous new jungle type background for a while, and when his mom mentioned the theme I was beyond excited to go overboard with the backdrop and adding in other props to match.

Teddy's 12 Month Milestone Sneak Peek

Can you say cuteness overload with these big blue eyes?! Teddy missed his official one year baby milestone appointment due to the coronavirus shutdown earlier this spring. I’m so glad his family rescheduled and we got to capture these precious memories of their sweet boy. We even got to celebrate with cake at the end, and who doesn’t love cake.

Hannah's Newborn Sneak Peek

Meet Hannah, who came to the studio when she was already close to 4 weeks old. Even though she was on the older end of the “newborn photography” spectrum, she was a dream baby to photograph! She slept the entire time and was perfectly content anywhere I posed her: beanbag, moon prop, even the silver bucket. She also had the most adorable little cheeks and baby rolls along her back when she was all curled up, and that is certainly one benefit of being an older newborn!
