Mackenzie's 12 Month Sneak Peek
I can’t believe that this sweet girl is almost a whole year old! I have known her family since her very first photography debut for her newborn session, and have so enjoyed seeing her and her mom throughout this past year. Mackenzie just gets cuter each time, and I’m proud to say we got true genuine smiles and she actually warmed up to me by the end of this final session. Yay! I think my game of putting background clips in a bucket worked like a charm and I’m glad we are now good friends.
Mackenzie is already walking and loved holding my different props and ornaments for all her 12 month photos. The last time I saw her per the baby milestone package she was just barely sitting and we had to make sure we caught her when she wobbled. Now she’s climbing on things, wanted to get on the sled and the curved bench by herself, and walking in general. She also really wanted her snacks, which I completely understand! As a mom, I feel like that’s the most common thing I do - provide snacks between the already existing meals! But with her Cheerios in hand, and a few tricks and games up my sleeve, we got some great playful looks and genuine smiles.
I’m so glad Mackenzie’s cousins live just down the street, as I hope to see more of her and her family as she continues to grown and change. It’s such a special honor to be part of documenting these baby years, and I can’t wait to share the rest of Mackenzie’s photos with her beautiful family.
