Shea's First Birthday Spring Sneak Peek

Sweet Shea had a wonderful first birthday celebration in the studio, complete with spring flowers and ending with a cake smash. She had an adorable dusty rose colored dress and loved playing with all the pearl necklaces, plus said cake is amazing and she’s ready for more!

Shea’s mom requested a spring feel for our photo theme with the garden flower market background. I just adore this backdrop as it photographs beautifully and we added in various flowers and props to make it unique for Shea. She kept wanting to go over and sit with the flowers and just play with them.

We were able to get several nice pictures of her in her sweet tulle dress, both sitting in a few of my toddler chairs and standing. She really got into sorting all the necklaces into the various containers which kept her busy!

Finally, we let her go all in and have a cake all to herself for her cake smash. She loved the icing but also wasn’t shy to put her whole hand inside to try to dig out more cake. She even sneaked us a few smiles in between bites.

I wish you the very happiest of birthdays, Miss Shea! Have a wonderful time with friends and family and I hope you get more cake!
