Armin & Ario's First Birthday Sneak Peek

These next two boys truly doubled the cuteness in the studio this weekend when they came in to celebrate their first birthday. They took turns with their smiles, but their adorable looks and personalities shone through for these special photos that capture the brothers at 12 months.

We started off with the blue balloon background as the boys warmed up to pictures. Mom and dad warned that one boy would likely be more difficult but it turned out that the opposite was true. But while they may have been easing into taking birthday photos, they were still adorable together, especially with the wooden letters spelling out ONE and sitting together in the modern white chair.

Then we took some very important photos with the whole family. The parents had mentioned that with Covid, plus having the twins, it was hard to get everyone in one picture. So we took a few with them each holding one of the boys so they have a true family photo for the boys first birthday.

For our final background change we switched over to a more rustic wooden scene with props for a few more nice photos before ending with our cake smash. The boys were so quiet during their time alone with the cake, and I was surprised there weren’t any squabbles over it! I know my kids would have been trying to take the dessert away from one another! But these twins each shared their cake so nicely, one smearing it all over his pants and shoving large fistfuls into his mouth, while the other enjoyed smaller bites carefully chosen by just two fingers.

A huge happy birthday to these boys and to their parents! While I have 5 kids myself, I must applaude parents of twins and all that comes with two babies at once. You guys are doing a fabulous job and I thank you for sharing your kids with me for an afternoon.
