Jameson's Sneak Peek

After one crazy week, I finally have the opportunity to post this sweet boy’s sneak peek from his newborn session. The week has been filled with prep for a massive snow storm and then with spotty internet and social media icons, Facebook and Instagram, being down yesterday, it’s been hard to get this peek up! But we’ve all survived the bomb cyclone blizzard and I’m excited to share these photos with Jameson’s family.

If you remember, I already had the chance to meet this family at University Hospital of Colorado for their Fresh 48. Jameson is just as cute as can be and was a wonderful little model up until the half way mark during his session. Then he got those darn hiccups and the poor guy just needed some time with mom to resettle. After that he was a dream and he was even so very asleep after that long bought of hiccups and two feedings with mom that he was the perfect model for the froggie pose. Which worked out so nicely as I truly wanted to use my bear hat for him and his woodlands theme.

Along with the bear hat, I also got to use my wooden "twig bed”, as I call it. It was the perfect pairing for the blue and greys with slightly touches of greens. The family even brought a gorgeous quilt handmade by one of his grandma’s, and it was absolutely adorable with Jameson in the knit fox hat. It’s always fun to have a new challenge to match nursery themes, and although I’ve done a few other woodsy or outdoor sessions, each one is so very unique and personal to that client. It’s one of the many things I love about my job.

So after much anticipation, enjoy Jameson’s sneak peek! I so enjoyed meeting you all and hope to see you again as Jameson grows and changes.
