Broghammer Sneak Peek

This awesome family came out for an updated family session this weekend, and I had a blast hanging out with them. They were awesome about the snow on the ground, the weather, and were just happy to be together. That always makes my job easy when you can feel the genuine love in a family and have the opportunity to capture that on camera.

I’d been slightly worried about this particular weekend with the weather, as just a few days before we had 13 inches of snow, a late start school day, an early pick up school day, and a cancelled school day! Halloween was even iffy, but it turned out to be an amazing evening. Snow had melted on the sidewalks and walkways, it wasn’t terribly cold with a jacket, and the weekend for these photos was just beautiful. Which was just perfect since I know this family juggled a lot of events and schedules to get everyone together in one place at one time for these updated family photos!

I love how these turned out and how the golden hour sunlight reflected off the snow and water. What a great way to spend an evening, preserving memories for a very deserving family!
