Sloane's Newborn Sneak Peek

This next sneak peek is for sweet Sloane, who was a little over two weeks old when she came in for her newborn photos. She was such a precious sleeper, and was truly relaxed during our entire time together, allowing me to pose her tiny fingers and swap out lots of different wraps and headbands.

Sloane’s mom requested pink and purple colors for her session, and I so enjoyed pulling out all those girly things along with some flowers to add to photos. It’s hard to believe, but all the newborn babies I have seen in 2022 have been boys so far. So I really had fun getting to pull out pink and purple fabrics for the first time this year.

Since Sloane loved being snuggled in the wraps in the middle of our photos, I took the time to do a few additional pictures in the wooden heart bowl. I took a few different colored purple wraps and tucked them inside the bowl with her, then added purple vine flowers around one side. I love how it turned out, and Sloane looks like a sleeping angel among all that purple.

We ended with the bean bag poses, and Sloane didn’t mind if she was on her tummy, side, or back. She was content in the warm room and snoozed away while I got to bring out yet more lace and flower wraps just for her. And she even let us add the chin-in-hands pose for her grand finale!
